Operational
SunZia Transmission
The first overhead HVDC transmission line built in the United States in the last 30 years, SunZia Transmission spans over 550 miles, connecting central New Mexico to central Arizona.
Western Spirit Transmission
A 155-mile high-voltage alternating current transmission line built in partnership with the New Mexico Renewable Energy Transmission Authority (RETA), expanding the New Mexico grid and enabling delivery of over 1GW of new generation.
Henvey Inlet Transmission
A 104-kilometer, 230kV high-voltage transmission line developed and built in partnership with Henvey Inlet First Nation, the project established a new transmission corridor across remote northern terrain and successfully connected to Hydro One’s grid.
Western Interconnect
Developed, constructed, financed, and owned by Pattern Transmission, Western Interconnect is a 38-mile transmission line providing interconnection and transfer capacity for multiple generation sources on the Western grid.
Trans Bay Cable
A 35-mile subsea HVDC transmission line delivering up to 400 MW of power from Pittsburg, California to San Francisco.
The team at Pattern Transmission was an early sponsor and developer, bringing technical and project management expertise to the engineering and permitting of this subsea system.

Southern Spirit Transmission
A 320-mile, high-voltage direct current (HVDC) line designed to connect the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) grid with the Southeastern United States.
It will be the first new direct connection between these major regions in decades and provide valuable capacity and energy exchanges across some of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
Bolo Transmission
New high voltage transmission enabling significant regional transfer capacity between New Mexico and the rest of the Western United States.
Silver Rock Transmission
An approximately 330-mile transmission line set to support growing data center expansion in Utah and Nevada, enabling new sources of generation, like geothermal, and expanding regional transfer capability across the West.
