Mr. Pedersen is the Chief Financial Officer of Pattern Energy. Mr. Pedersen is responsible for executing capital strategy, corporate development, financial reporting, administration, and treasury activities. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Pedersen has been involved in various levels of investment oversight and management across the energy sector.
Prior to joining Pattern Energy, Mr. Pedersen worked for Babcock & Brown, where he focused on the origination and execution of investments in the energy sector. Before that, he worked as Manager for Enron and Senior Director for AEI, serving around the world in numerous corporate development and origination roles. Mr. Pedersen received his bachelor’s degree in Business from Stetson University and holds a master’s degree in International Economics from John Hopkins University. He is also a certified Chartered Financial Analyst.
