Kimberly Glasspool

Kimberly Glasspool is Pattern Energy’s Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Pattern, Kimberly was the Managing Director, General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for Arroyo Investors, a private equity fund manager investing in energy and infrastructure projects and businesses throughout the Americas.   Before joining Arroyo Investors, Kimberly served as Managing Counsel for Cheniere Energy, Inc., where she advised on global business development and financing opportunities. She received her J.D. and Bachelor of Civil Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, University Medalist, from Louisiana State University. Kimberlyactively supports several environmental, educational and charitable organizations in her community.  Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
