The “Chip Away at Safety” program is designed to reward employees who consistently demonstrate a commitment to safety on the job site. Workers who go above and beyond in meeting or exceeding safety expectations will receive Poker Chips as a tangible token of recognition. These chips can be collected, kept as a personal reminder of their dedication to safety, or traded in for valuable rewards.
