Donovan was in a tragic off-hours accident that resulted in many physical challenges. He has shown great spirit in overcoming these challenges while having a great attitude towards continuing the safety culture on site. Nick was in the process of excavation activities for Trenwa installation near another contractor’s building. Nick added capacity by roping off doorways that lead from the building into his direct work area, protecting other contractors from exiting the building and potentially falling into an excavation.
