QISG December Recognition

Section 1: Chandler Montgomery:

Chandler has been working with the contractor in the notorious San Pedro section, manning gates, getting there early, staying late, calling in suspicious folks that came on site taking pictures, etc.

Section 2: Erik Strods:

Erik great at sharing messages with the team and provides coaching to others.

Section 2 Lead: Ryan St. Louis

Ryan is part of the Section 2 Safety committee, and is very good at communicating with everyone on where the yard meetings will be held. He makes sure that everyone on his team attends mandatory weekly safety meetings.

Section 3: Brenda Favela-Belmonte

Brenda has been working closely with the wire stringing crew. She shows up every morning and attends their tailboard meetings and also gives her team in Section 3 weather and road condition updates.

SWPPP: Nick Langbeen:

Nick diligently does all his safety paper work everyday before starting work and during. He uses the 360 every day regardless. He is the first to talk to a contractor if he sees unsafe conditions.
