Our Approach

Early, ongoing engagement
We work with landowners, local governments, and community members from the earliest stages, and stay in regular contact through development, construction, and operations.

Guided by community feedback
We listen to the priorities of each community and let that feedback shape the project.

Investment tailored to the community
We tailor project and community investments to the needs of the places where we develop, work, and operate. For every project, Pattern establishes a Community Benefits Fund that supports local organizations and traditions, from emergency services and agriculture to education and veterans programs.

The generous donation from Pattern ensures that The Shelter Fund has the resources to continue making grants to help members of the community who have lost their homes, and so much more, because of the wildfires and floods.
