Prat Sundar

Prathima (Prat) Sundar is Pattern Energy’s Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Pattern, Prat spent 10 years at Engie, a global energy and infrastructure company focused on power generation, renewables and energy solutions, where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Engie’s U.S. and Canadian business. In that role, she led complex human resource matters, corporate reorganizations, compensation and incentive programs, and global talent management strategies, and supported significant M&A and integration efforts.

Prat plays a key role in supporting Pattern’s continued growth and the integration of Cordelio Power following the company’s recent acquisition. Born and raised in India, she strives to lead with empathy and clarity, grounded in her belief that people do their best work when they feel valued, heard and empowered. Prat is a proud parent of two teenagers, enjoys cooking, and loves reading psychological thrillers.
